Waxing and Hair Removal
Professional waxing services are a great way to remove unwanted hair growth on any part of your body. Waxing services will leave your skin smooth and supple for weeks or longer, depending on the body part. Waxed hair generally grows back lighter and softer than if you were to shave. Heidi Nails Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Heidi Nails, we truly appreciate your time and support. To help us serve all our clients efficiently and maintain a smooth schedule, please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below.
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service
. No-shows (missed appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost before booking future appointments.
2. Late Arrivals
. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you know you’ll be running about 10 minutes late, please give us a call so we can let your technician know and hold your appointment
. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to assign you to another technician or adjust your service time so we can stay on schedule.
3. Booking Deposits
. Some services or group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your total at checkout.
4. Emergencies
. We understand that life happens! If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
